Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you haven't received tracking information within a few business days of ordering, please reach out to us at trovarapet@gmail.com.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at trovarapet@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.
