Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on every order within the United States.

Orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery is by USPS and typically takes 2–5 business days in transit after shipping. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email trovarapet@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
