We stand behind The Next Mile with a 90-day money-back guarantee.

If you or your dog aren't satisfied within 90 days of purchase, email us at trovarapet@gmail.com with your order number and we'll issue a full refund. You do not need to return the product — keep the jar. There is no return shipping cost and no restocking fee. This applies to all pack sizes (1, 2, or 3 jars).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. If your order arrived damaged or was lost in transit, contact us and we'll replace it or refund it.
