Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind The Next Mile. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund — even if the jar has been opened and used. Joint support takes time to show results, and we want your dog to have that time.

How to request a refund

To start a return or refund, email us at trovarapet@gmail.com with your order number. We'll respond with next steps. You do not need to send back an empty or used jar to receive your refund under our satisfaction guarantee.

For unopened items, you may return them to us; if a return is required, we'll provide instructions on where to send your package. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away at trovarapet@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can make it right.
